Deputies were called to Froggy’s at the Lake on the evening of Saturday, August 17, after reports of a disruptive patron refusing to leave quietly. Body cam footage captures the frustrating scene as 24-year-old Marissa Bill of Englewood, visibly intoxicated, repeatedly ignores police instructions and causes a loud, profanity-filled disturbance. Despite the bar owner declining to press charges for allegedly striking a bartender, deputies gave Bill multiple chances to leave peacefully. Instead, she escalated the situation, shouting at officers and resisting every attempt to calm her down. As tensions rise, deputies are forced to take her into custody, leading to a physical struggle on camera. Bill was arrested for persistent disorderly conduct and resisting arrest, and was later booked into the Logan County Jail. 📍 Real events, real consequences – watch the body cam footage unfold in real time. These moments don’t define a person. Whether influenced by substances, struggling with mental illness, or just facing a bad day, what you see here isn’t the sum of their identity, its just a slice of time.
