An officer initiated a traffic stop after observing a vehicle driving erratically, crossing the center line, and speeding. The driver, a young adult woman, initially denied alcohol consumption but exhibited incoherence and an odor of alcohol, leading to field sobriety exercises. After failing multiple tests, including the Horizontal Gaze Nystagmus, Walk and Turn, and One Leg Stand, a preliminary breath test indicated a BAC of 0.125%. She was subsequently arrested for driving under the influence, and a later breathalyzer test confirmed a BAC of 0.111%.
