In an incident in Sunrise, Florida, 32-year-old Emily Sabogal is accused of leaving her 3- and 4-year-old children in an Uber while drunk and then disappearing. Police bodycam footage shows the children in the front seat of the vehicle after the driver called 911. Sabogal was found about two hours after the incident, roughly two miles from the bar where she had abandoned the children.
