Upon arrival, the individual was found uncooperative, using offensive language, and rejecting repeated offers for a ride home or an ambulance assessment, despite the bar staff choosing not to press charges for an alleged assault. This persistent defiance and refusal to comply led officers to initiate an arrest for disorderly conduct.
