On January 21, 2023, Berea Police Officer Valencic observed a vehicle commit several traffic violations right in front of him. He initiated a traffic stop after the vehicle made an illegal U-Turn. The 18-year-old driver immediately told Officer Valencic that her dad is a cop and she is a stripper. For good measure, she also admitted that she had been drinking. She was arrested for DUI, taken to the police station, where she submitted to an evidential breath test (EBT). The result was 0.07% BAC, which is over the legal limit for an 18-year-old. Her charges and the outcome of her case are discussed at the end of the video.
