A late-night disturbance call escalates into a challenging arrest, revealing a suspect's persistent defiance and attempts to avoid compliance. Officers responded to a report of a disturbance where a young woman was found in a locked vehicle, exhibiting signs of impairment. Despite instructions, she threatened to drive away and refused to exit her car, prompting officers to threaten breaking the window. Following her uncooperative behavior and suspected intoxication, she was arrested for driving under the influence. At police headquarters, she continued to be belligerent, resisted restraint, and repeatedly tried to manipulate the breathalyzer test before being processed and released to a responsible party. She faced multiple summonses, including operating under the influence and refusal to submit to a chemical test. --- Transparency through the lens of the law.
