An on-scene investigation revealed the actor, later identified as 41-year-old Tiffany Malone of Jersey City, had become loud and threw two bottles of hand cream at an employee, before she left the store. Officer Harry Montalvo observed Malone at Taco Bell, 38 Hudson Pl. She refused to give her name at first and threw herself on the ground in an effort to refuse an identification procedure. She was arrested for obstruction and transported to the Hoboken Police Department where it was discovered she had a warrant out of Hoboken for shoplifting. She was ultimately transported to the Hudson County Correctional Facility. These charges are merely accusations and the defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty. #tacobell #assault #news
