Please like, comment, and SHARE! 🙏 🔍 Episode Overview: At about 8:20 PM on December 10, 2025, Patrolman Brian Mason of the Colts Neck Police Department was working an off-duty detail near a construction site on County Road 537 by School Road East. A black 2024 Lexus RS3 struck a Colts Neck police vehicle. Mason was not wearing a body camera. The driver first tried to leave, but an officer noticed signs of impairment and told her she was under arrest. She resisted, so the officer held her until Mason arrived and put her in handcuffs. The Lexus driver was identified as Dr. Rohini Singh (NPI: 1437393600), a practicing pediatric hematologist-oncologist. Public records show that she joined the Colts Neck Board of Health on January 10, 2023. Because Singh was uncooperative, officers did not conduct field sobriety tests. Mason took Singh to the Colts Neck Police Department. Her Lexus was impounded for a required 12-hour hold under John's Law. At the station, officers read her the Standard Statement for Motor Vehicle Operators, but she refused to provide breath samples. After processing, Singh was released to her daughter's babysitter, Brianna Fox, at 9:53 PM. Fox signed the Potential Liability Warning form on Singh's behalf. Singh received six citations: Operating under the influence (39:4-50) Refusal to submit to chemical test (39:4-50.4A) Reckless driving (39:4-97) Careless driving (39:4-97) Having an open container (39:4-51B) Failure to maintain lane (39:4-88) As of March 23, 2026, the DWI case remained pending in court. Court records show that Singh had faced earlier charges after a September 21, 2024 crash in Colts Neck. She was accused of failing to report the accident and leaving the scene after allegedly hitting another vehicle carrying five children. The motor vehicle accident report says she fled after the crash. On December 13, 2024, Singh pleaded guilty to failure to report an accident (39:4-130) and careless driving (39:4-97).
