August 7, 2022, approx. 9:15 PM: Georgia State Patrol responded to street racing activity at North Decatur Road and Clairmont Road in Atlanta. As the takeover crowd scattered, one driver in a high-mileage Lexus sedan fled from troopers, converting a street-racing scene into a felony pursuit. Footage is agency-released GSP dashcam. In Georgia, fleeing or attempting to elude is a felony, and racing on highways or streets is its own charge. Everyone shown is presumed innocent until proven guilty.
