Future Arrest in Point Pleasant Beach: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-i9NPprweHQ Future Arrest in Sea Bright: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=neE8FECmW9c On April 9, 2023 around 2:08 AM, Patrolman Michael Treadway with the Asbury Park Police Department was working an outside employment detail at Asbury Ale House, and he observed 2 separate groups of males attempting to start a physical altercation. While they had initially been separated, it later seemed like the argument was going to escalate. One of the males, identified as Michael DeFelice, was seen flailing his arms in a threatening manner on the 600 block of Cookman Avenue. As a result, he was placed under arrest. Patrolman Michael Hand arrived on scene with his patrol car and transported Michael to the Asbury Park Police Department for further processing. At the station, Michael was processed and eventually released on a summons pending his court appearance. He was initially charged with Disorderly Conduct (2C:33-2A(2)). That was later downgraded to Disturbing the Peace (Ordinance 3-37.2) on April 28, 2023 and he had to pay a total of $283 in fines. Michael was later arrested for driving under the influence in Wall Township, New Jersey on June 24, 2023, and he was found guilty of that on March 5, 2024. He has another arrest for disorderly conduct (2C:33-2A(1)) in Point Pleasant Beach, New Jersey on August 27, 2023, which was later downgraded to Misbehaving (Ordinance 3-29) on December 12, 2023.
