Bizarre situation. This guy had been trying to pull people over in east Texas for a while but had not yet been caught. In this video he gets pulled over for speeding by the local Police and at the same time the Sheriffs Department pulled up because he had just used his lights to try to pull a guy over. He makes a series of very strange lies to authorities. Then the complainant that he had tried to pull over tells the police what really happened. He ended up being charged with impersonating a public servant. The wild part is that he just recently took a plea deal to serve 10 years on this offense. He had previously served 14 years for some very sick stuff...that criminal history obviously factored into this plea. He is currently in the BETO prison unit in Tennessee Colony, TX.
