Clearwater County Sheriff's Deputy Noah Hallman fires one round at 75-year-old Dennis Keith Hoie after Hoie produces a flare gun and fires it at officers during a vehicle stop at his Webb Street residence. The incident follows a vehicle pursuit through the city of Bagley stemming from an outstanding felony warrant. The Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension investigated the incident.
