#bodycampov #news #police #arrest #cops Report: On 10/26/2021, At approximately 0137 hours, Officers were dispatched to a local hotel located in reference to a possible hostage situation. Upon my arrival, officers spoke with management, who advised that a female in a room called the front desk asking for help because the male in the room was holding her against her will. Officers made contact with the subjects in the room. The male suspect, advised that they were hanging out when the female suspect gave him an attitude and he wanted his money back for the room, as he paid for it. Officers noticed the males suspects belt was unbuckled and asked if s*x had any relation to this situation, which he denied - saying if he wanted s*x, he could get it elsewhere. Officers spoke with the the female suspect, who originally denied having any s*xual relation with the male and stated that he was just a friend who voluntarily bought her the room. She stated that she is currently homeless and has known him for approximately 1 month after meeting him at "Inn Between the Hedges" aka "Budget Host." The female suspect allowed an officer to read the text messages between the two discussing renting the room which had statements pertaining to pr*stituti*n and soliciting. the officer advised that she admitted to him that tonight's incident was a result of her originally offering s*xual services in return to him buying her a room. Officers went and spoke to the female suspect further about what she stated to officers, and she stated that she offered the male suspect services, but upon getting the room, she changed her mind and no longer wanted to provide the service and he got mad. The female suspect advised that she regularly offers s*xual favors to men in return that they provide her food and/or shelter. She stated that after denying the male suspect services, he got mad and would not allow her to leave the room. She stated that when she tried, he locked the door as well as, stood in front of it - refusing to let her leave. Management came upstairs to bar both subjects. The female suspect was barred for 2 years and the male suspect was barred for 6 months. Management also stated that since 0000 hours (midnight) she had 2 separate complaints from residents advising that the female suspect had offered them sexual favors in return for money. The female was in possession of what she advised was M*th, which she pulled from her bra and had 1 plastic straw and 2 glass pipes with burned residue used for consuming the narcotic inside her black puma backpack. She stated she no longer wants to be apart of this lifestyle, but does not have the appropriate resources for help. The officers submitted a Special Condition of Bond with the female suspect requesting that she be mandated to a upon release. A search warrant will be sought and submitted. she gave Officers her passcode The male suspect additionally gave his passcode to Officers The cell phones, suspected Methamphetamine, and drug related objects will be submitted into a West locker. A GBI Submission form will also be submitted. The female stated she did not want to press charges for the male suspect falsely imprisioning her.
