On January 4, 2025, Lakewood Police Officer Dulik stopped a vehicle for driving without headlights. The vehicle was being driven by a 24-year-old woman who claimed to have been leaving a birthday party at a local bar. She initially admitted to consuming one shot of alcohol earlier in the evening. Based on the fact that she had a prior conviction for Operating a Vehicle Impaired (OVI) and was driving on a suspended license, Officer Dulik decided to administer standardized field sobriety tests. At the conclusion of the tests, the woman was placed under arrest for her 2nd OVI. The police report indicates that she submitted to an evidential breath test and the result was 0.108% BAC.
