A man came home to find his dog unable to stand on her back leg. His roommate said she'd hurt it at the gate. Then he checked his home camera. What follows is an arrest at the front door and an interview where a detective plays that video back. A shelter vet found all four bones in her back left paw broken. The roommate was arrested on a charge of aggravated animal cruelty, a third-degree felony. The owner handed the trailer hitch to a deputy himself. He told the detective the dog came at him. The camera recorded audio too. Who do you believe? Tell us below. DISCLAIMER: This footage is public record, obtained through a public records request.
