The caller, Rafael Dominguez, reported that someone was trying to break into his motel room (Room 8) and believed the suspect was outside in a red Jeep Grand Cherokee. What Happened? 1. The 911 Call & Initial Observations Dominguez told dispatch he was alone in his room when he heard loud banging on the door. He saw a red Jeep parked outside and feared the suspect was inside it. Officers were dispatched, and Officer Brandon Temesvary arrived quickly. 2. The Traffic Stop & Chase Officer Temesvary spotted the red Jeep in the motel parking lot. As he approached, the vehicle suddenly drove away, heading east on North Ave. The officer activated his lights and siren, but the Jeep did not stop. The driver, later identified as Breanna Hochstatter, accelerated to 55 mph in a 40 mph zone. At the intersection of North Ave. and Route 83, Hochstatter ran a red light and crashed into a black Cadillac driven by Patrick Diebold. 3.
