This was in Oklahoma, very scary situation. There was a nurse with an apparent gambling addiction that left a 16 month old child alone in her car while she gambled for over 5 hours. She was charged with child neglect and the child is now in the custody of welfare staff. NOTE- There have been some comments saying she is a nurse technician and not an actual nurse. I think at one point she said she was a nurse and maybe also said later she was a Nurse tech ( hard to hear). I don't actually know which one if either she is, I wanted to note this because Nurses in the comments have pointed this out....Nurses have much more education and responsibilities than a tech. Having said that, a Nurse Tech should also know not to leave a child in the car alone. ----------------------------------- There was some very loud music playing in the background that I had to remove due to copyright issues, sorry if the audio sounds weird on this one.
