Officers responded to a residential disturbance call following reports of a domestic dispute. Upon arrival, a lone responding officer attempted to make contact with the male subject at the front entrance to assess the welfare of the occupants inside. The subject became immediately hostile, refused lawful verbal commands, balled his fists, and threatened physical violence against the officer. In an effort to conceal the situation inside and deny entry, the suspect repeatedly attempted to slam the front door shut. However, an occupant inside continued pushing the door open, providing officers lawful authority and plain-view necessity to intervene. Backup units arrived on scene moments later. ⚠️ DISCLAIMER: This video is published strictly for educational, informational, documentarian, and news reporting purposes.
