Would you guys have arrested this lady in this situation or cut her a break? She has a history of arrests. Officer seemed very friendly at first and the longer it went on it seemed to me like he got pissed off. She did NOT get the raccoon back, it was taken to a wildlife rescue and they have it around other raccoons that were orphaned.
