This was an arrest that started out as a tip from a confidential informant. This is a Mexican citizen that had previously been deported from the United States 7 different times. (2000, 2003, 2012, 2014, 2020, 2022 and 2023) He has served 3 different prison sentences in the US and has never had any legal status to be in the country. The case is still pending, I'll post a pinned comment once there is an outcome. He is currently in jail until his case is resolved. There is an ICE hold on him, after serving any potential prison sentence he will be deported again. * Suspects in these videos should be considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
