Initially pulled over for driving 85 MPH in a 55 MPH zone, the driver, who admitted to consuming alcohol and being pregnant, was asked to perform field sobriety exercises. Patrolman Poon, along with Patrolwoman Lippencott, observed clear indicators of impairment during these tests, including staggering and difficulty maintaining balance. Based on these observations and the driver's admissions, she was placed under arrest for driving under the influence.
