Ohio police arrive in downtown Toledo and confront a reportedly intoxicated woman who is stuck in a tree. The woman resists orders from officers as they work to get her down. Then, she surprises officers with a special surprise. In a separate incident, officers talk to an armed man dressed in amateur tactical gear. He claims he just likes to “train” and walk around the neighborhood while open carrying.
