On Wednesday January, 25 2023, officers with Boston's B-3 District (Mattapan), responded to the area of 1509 Blue Hill Avenue for a call of a suspect with a gun. Officers later identified 47 year old Santiago Webb of Mattapan as the suspect. Upon stopping and searching Mr. Webb, officers found a loaded SCCY CPX-2, 9 mm firearm with 10 rounds in the magazine. Mr. Webb was placed under arrest and charged with the following; Unlawful Possession of a Firearm, Unlawful Possession of a Large Capacity Firearm, Unlawful Possession of Ammunition, and Assault with a Dangerous Weapon. Mr. Webb was arraigned in Dorchester District Court and is presumed innocent until proven guilty.
