Texarkana, Arkansas (Texarkana PD) Your Support of this Channel is greatly appreciated. Paypal: https://www.paypal.com/donate/?hosted_button_id=AU9XQAP8Y5LHQ On Wednesday, 12-14-22, at approximately 1941 hours, TTPD officers were dispatched to Ulta Beauty, 3347 Mall Drive, in reference to a theft. Call notes indicated four black females had stolen property, threatened employees with pepper spray, and left with the stolen property in an unknown vehicle. Call notes also indicated some of the items stolen had a tracker and dispatch was currently tracking the items on the Arkansas side near Jefferson Avenue and E 48th Street. Dispatch also advised the approximate amount stolen was over $5000.00. While Ofc. Luna and I were en-route to this area, dispatch had updated the location to E 47th Street. Ofc. Luna took E 47th Street and I took E 48th Street in case they tried to come in this direction. Dispatch had specified the location to 1810 E 47th Street. Ofc. Luna advised he was out on the suspect vehicle at this location. A short time later, he advised the suspect vehicle was fleeing westbound on E 47th Street towards Jefferson Avenue. Ofc. Luna and I proceeded to pursue this vehicle which turned northbound on Jefferson Avenue and then eastbound on 1-30. We continued to pursue the vehicle which exited at exit 4, Four States Fair Parkway, where they continued fleeing northbound. Ofc. Luna advised the suspects in the vehicle were throwing stolen property out the window at the intersection of Four States Fair Parkway. I checked the area and confirmed the location of the stolen property at the intersection of Four States Fair Parkway and E 58th Street for other officers. I observed Ofc. Luna continue northbound and then he turned eastbound on Sugarhill Road, but I did not see the suspect vehicle. A short time later, Ofc. Luna advised the suspect vehicle (Louisiana license plate 956FHS, a white Chevrolet Malibu) stopped at the intersection of Jack Cullen and Water Oak (3308 Water Oak Drive). I went to go assist Ofc. Luna. Upon arrival, Ofc. Luna advised he had the driver in custody. We proceeded to conduct a felony traffic stop and order the rest of the passengers (4 passengers) out of the vehicle one by one and I took them into custody. Ofc. Luna proceeded to search the vehicle while I identified all five suspects. I asked the three individuals in the back of Ofc. Luna's vehicle for their names and date of birth. I was told Deja Hunter (6-15-1999), Kyshawn Winston (6-15-1999), and Journey Robinson (4-28-2001). In my unit, I was advised the names were Marquina Robinson (11-17-1999) and Kayla Jones (2-19-2001). During a check with_dispatch, they were unable to positively identify Journey Robinson and Marquina Robinson. Ofc. Luna advised he located identification cards in multiple purses. I located all I.D.s, but Marquina Robinson and Journey Robinson lied about their names. Marquina's last name is Capers and Robinson's first name is Romekia. Ofc. Luna located a black Ruger EC9s which had 7 9mm rounds in the magazine, but he advised the chamber was not loaded and a stolen box of Clinique Happy perfume. I ran the serial number on the firearm and it returned clear. Due to the firearm being located in the middle console which all five individuals had access to, I had dispatch run a criminal history on all five suspects. Winston was the only one that returned as a convicted felon. Next, I spoke to TTPD Ofc. Stratton who advised he could not get an exact cost of the items stolen, but he said the RP advised it was well over $6000.00. Due to the suspect's being in possession of the stolen items in Texarkana, AR, and them throwing those items out of the vehicle in an
