21:32 The crying meltdown begins 24:02 The meltdown goes into overdrive 25:05 The meltdown goes into nuclear mode On August 28, 2023, Miami Township Officer Andrew Ryan observed a vehicle unable to maintain its lane of travel. He initiated a traffic stop on the vehicle and the 31-year-old woman claimed to be coming from her job at a restaurant. She initially denied consuming any alcohol, but after several minutes, she admitted to drinking one drink. A few minutes later, she confessed to drinking one drink and a shot of Patron. After performing field sobriety tests (FSTs), she was arrested for DUI. Once she was placed in the back of the police vehicle, she had a meltdown, crying hysterically and claiming she couldn't breathe. After arriving at the police station, she refused to submit to an evidentiary breath test (EBT). She was issued citations for four (4) violations.
