Report: The operator of the vehicle refused to stop and began fleeing reaching a top speed of 89 mph/30 mph zone. I pursued the vehicle eastbound on Estes Road for approximately 2.5 miles. While pursuing, the operator of the vehicle drove extremely recklessly traveling east completely in the westbound lane multiple times at speeds up to 89 mph. The operator of the vehicle also traversed left-hand blind curves in the on-coming westbound lane multiple times. During the pursuit, the operator of the vehicle ignored the stop sign at the 4-way intersection of Estes Road/Old Capps Road and drove through the intersection without stopping at a high rate of speed. The operator also ignored the stop sign at the T-intersection of Estes Road/Lone Oak Dairy Road and traveled through the intersection onto Lone Oak Dairy Road continuing to travel east without stopping. I pursued the operator of the vehicle onto Lone Oak Dairy Road and initiated a successful TVI pushing the vehicle into the ditch on the south side of the road. The operator did not surrender and continued to travel east in the ditch on the south side of the road. I then initiated a second successful TVI pushing the vehicle deeper into the ditch where the violator vehicle and I came to rest. I made contact with TRAVIS WAYNE WOOLSEY. Woolsey stated that he was done running and would be compliant. I ordered Woolsey to exit the vehicle and lay face down on the ground. I then arrested Woolsey without further incident. The vehicle was listed as stolen. The local county will handle the stolen vehicle charge. I inventoried the vehicle and located one brown, wooden marijuana pipe, and one clear marijuana pipe in the top center console area of the vehicle. I seized the evidence, and transported Woolsey to the Boone County Jail where he is currently being held. My patrol car sustained minor damage to the right front spoiler/bumper from the TVI.
