#bodycam #policebodycam #bodycamreports Dinner service at an upscale Palm Beach County restaurant descended into chaos after staff asked an allegedly intoxicated and disruptive customer to leave. Deputies repeatedly warned Stephanie Elise Withers that she could walk away voluntarily or face arrest for trespassing. Despite encouragement from her companion and several opportunities to leave, she continued arguing and was eventually handcuffed and carried from the restaurant. The confrontation continued at the station, where she refused to exit the patrol vehicle without knowing the exact “mathematical angle” deputies wanted her to use. She was booked on misdemeanor allegations of trespassing and resisting an officer and released the following morning after posting a $1,250 bond. According to the case information presented in the video, prosecutors did not formally file charges, and the case was dropped on November 12, 2025. Could this entire arrest have been avoided if she had simply left when management first asked? This video is presented for news reporting, commentary, and educational purposes. #Police #Crime #TrueCrime #Bodycam #PoliceBodycam #PoliceActivity #CrimeAnalysis
