On February 21, 2022, in Monroe County, Florida, deputies responded after a Tesla driven by 24-year-old woman crashed on Duck Key, a small island in the Florida Keys. When officers arrived, she first refused to exit the vehicle, insisting “My father owns this island.” As they attempted to arrest her, Bloodworth allegedly kicked and screamed, again imploring officers to wait for her father’s arrival and claiming they were on “his property.” She was arrested and charged with driving under the influence (DUI), resisting an officer, and fleeing law enforcement. Reports indicate she posted bond amounts totaling around $110,000, spread across the separate charges. She was later placed on probation, and interestingly, was granted special permission to leave the country for a Royal Caribbean cruise despite her status. All information in this video was obtained through public records requests and official reports. All individuals are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
