Please like, comment, and SHARE! 🙏 🔍 Episode Overview: Around midnight on January 31, 2023, Vineland Police got a call about a woman who looked drunk sitting in a car at the Wawa on W Landis Avenue in Vineland, New Jersey. When Officer Morales got to the car, he quickly recognized the driver as 22-year-old Yaquelin Lopez-Lopez because he had dealt with her just recently for another DWI case. In fact, she had been arrested three times for driving while intoxicated in the same town between December 2022 and January 2023. The driver was told that they got a report about her drinking alcohol outside her car, and the officer asked where she was going. Lopez-Lopez admitted to having some drinks earlier, and the officers noticed empty alcohol bottles in her car. At first, she claimed she only drank at home, not in her vehicle. Then, they asked her to get out of the car. Officer Morales let her do some field sobriety tests. He began with the Horizontal Gaze Nystagmus (HGN) test. After that, they moved on to the Walk and Turn test, which she struggled to finish. The last test was the One Leg Stand, but she later said she did not want to do that one. Officer Morales arrested Lopez-Lopez for driving under the influence after finding empty alcohol bottles in her car, seeing that she was clearly impaired, and noting her inability to pass the field sobriety tests. When she arrived for processing, she refused to take a breathalyzer test. Lopez-Lopez was eventually released but received a court summons for several charges, including driving under the influence, reckless driving, driving without a license, having an open container of alcohol, failing to report an accident, unsafe lane changing, leaving the scene of a property damage accident, and refusing a chemical test.
