At approximately 9:40pm I, Trooper Noah Fricke was traveling west on Interstate 30 when Arkansas State Police Troop A dispatch advised all units that North Little Rock Police was in pursuit and requesting assistance. Shortly after I activated my emergency lights and sirens and proceeded to exit Interstate 30 and to Interstate 630 west. Around this time North Little Rock advised they were now traveling south on Interstate 430. I was still traveling west on 630 when around 9:41 North Little Rock advised they were now taking 630 east from 430 south. As I approached the pursuit from the oncoming direction, I was approaching exit 6A (Rodney Parham) and took the exit to stage myself to assist in the pursuit. As I turned south on to South Mississippi St, North Little Rock advised they were taking the same exit. At approximately 9:43 pm, I observed North Little Rock in pursuit of a Black Acura MDX bearing tag AR BDZ43R fleeing North on South Mississippi Street from North Little Rock. At this time, I intercepted the pursuit and took primary. The Suspect vehicle ran a red light traveling north through the South Mississippi Street off ramp intersection. The suspect vehicle continued to flee for approximately a quarter mile before I conducted a successful TVI (Tactical Vehicle Intervention). After the TVI the suspect vehicle crossed into the oncoming traffic lanes and swerved back to the right and struck a concrete wall and fence on the east side of the road. After the collision, the suspect later identified and Devante Jones 07/30/1992 exited from the front passenger side door and proceeded to run north on foot. Jones stopped shortly after running on foot and was taken into custody by North Little Rock Police Department. When Jones exited the vehicle, his car rolled into my patrol unit causing little to no damage and then came to a stop. North Little Rock Police transported Jones to Pulaski County detention center where he was charged with the following. 5-54-125(d)(2) 2023: FLEEING - VEHICLE OR CONVEYANCE - EXCEEDING THE SPEED LIMIT 5-65-105: DRIVING DWI SUSPENDED LICENSE 5-38-203(b)(1): CRIMINAL MISCHIEF - 1ST DEGREE (DAMAGE = $1,000) 27-52-107: FAIL TO STOP AT RED LIGHT 27-22-104: NO LIABILITY INSURANCE 27-37-306: DRIVING VEHICLE IMPROPER WINDOW TINTING Trooper Noah Fricke #155 follow me on Instagram https://www.instagram.com/lrhn_caash/ 😎 follow me on Facebook https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=61564018231627 😎 follow me on twitter https://x.com/LRHN_Cash ✨😎 follow me on tiktok https://www.tiktok.com/@lrhncaash?_t=8fvtVaP3a9u&_r=1 😎✨ Follow me on twitch https://www.twitch.tv/lrhn_cash 🥶 Follow me on Snapchat https://snapchat.com/t/SbtgTt7z 😎
