During the weekend of May 12-14, 2023, the Arkansas State Police (ASP) conducted a special operation called "Operation Safe Streets". On Mother's Day (May 14th), ASP Trooper Joseph Killian stopped a female motorist who was allegedly "all over the road". During field sobriety tests, the woman, while almost losing her balance, uttered "I'm going to jail tonight". She was eventually arrested, taken to North Little Rock police station for a evidentiary breath test, and was released later that evening.
