On February 24, 2024, Palm Beach County Sheriff's Deputy Blackman stopped a vehicle for traveling in excess of 100 miles per hour (MPH). The vehicle was being driven by a 45-year-old woman. She admitted to consuming a glass of wine, so she was asked to step out of the vehicle in order to perform standardized field sobriety tests. She then stated over and over that she was being treated unfairly because she is white. At the end of the tests, Deputy Blackman felt the woman should not be driving, but he did not believe her level of intoxication warranted arrest. He advised her that she needed to call someone to come and pick her up. That started an hour-long tirade filled with explosive racism and accusations. She was eventually arrested and transported to the Palm Beach County Jail. Her list of charges and the outcome of her case are listed at the end of the video.
