In the end, Katherine was charged with possession of a controlled substance without prescription, possession of less than 20 grams of marijuana, 3 charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, and resisting an officer without violence. She pled no contest, was adjudicated guilty and sentenced to 180 days in jail and 4 years of probation. Shortly after being released from jail, she violated the terms of her probation and was arrested on May 5, 2025. The case remains ongoing. Charges details: 1.
