Police body camera footage shows the arrest of a man who was drinking in a library with some friends, underneath a security camera. The police were called to get the men to leave the premises, and most left on their own, but one man decided to stay and make the situation worse. The police officer confiscated his open liquor bottle, and the man didn't like that. He was eventually arrested and charged with resisting arrest and other charges. The information presented is based on available sources and the accuracy of the information cannot be guaranteed. All subjects in this video are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Charges are often reduced or dismissed during the course of an investigation.
