Around 3:56 AM on March 8, 2025, Deputy Richard Attonito with the Broward County Sheriff’s Office responded to St. Pat’s Bar at 1600 E Hillsboro Boulevard in Deerfield Beach on a report of a belligerent woman who was refusing to leave the property. He made contact with the female matching their description, and she would later be identified as 21-year-old Annabella Pires. She appeared to be heavily intoxicated, and claimed that she had been kicked out of her house by her brother. Deputy Kirk Blackson arrived on scene shortly afterwards, and he initially spoke with bar staff before making contact with Annabella. After he walked over to assist Deputy Attonito, Annabella continued to act uncooperative. The Deputies attempted to arrange a ride for Annabella somewhere else, but she refused to leave the property. Their interaction quickly escalated and Annabella struck Deputy Blackson on the left side of his face with her right hand. At this time, Deputy Blackson tackled Annabella to the ground and placed her under arrest. After she was handcuffed, Annabella refused to bear weight and she had to be dragged to the patrol car. As bar staff helped Annabella to get her pants back on, they noticed that Annabella’s pants were soaked with urine. Annabella was eventually transported to the Central Intake facility at the jail for further processing. She was charged with the following: -Battery on officer (784.07-2b) -Corruption by threat against public servant (838.021-3b) -Trespassing – occupied structure or conveyance (810.08-2b) ---------------------------------------------------- Please LIKE, SUBSCRIBE, and consider supporting this channel (email us for more information).
