#bodycam On July 3, 2025, Officer responded to a report of a female subject panhandling and disturbing customers inside the Racetrac store in Hapeville. Upon arrival, Officer then observed Amber Barber leaving the store on foot, matching the description provided. He was familiar with Barber from prior incidents involving loitering, panhandling, and going through trash at various businesses. Earlier that same day, Officer Walsh had issued Barber a loitering warning at multiple locations and advised her she could be arrested for continued violations. The moment they met again, diaster really began to our officers. 🛑 PLEASE READ The individuals featured in our videos may be dealing with personal challenges -- addiction, mental health struggles, financial stress, or simply a difficult moment in their lives.
