Upon arrival, officers located a male and female on the sand, with the female initially observed topless. The situation escalated as officers began to gather information, leading to an interaction with nearby beachgoers who had witnessed the activities. A pivotal moment occurred when one witness claimed to possess explicit video footage captured on their phone, detailing the alleged sexual act. A patrolwoman reviewed this video evidence, which provided crucial confirmation of the public lewdness, including explicit descriptions from the witness about the nature and duration of the acts. Following the confirmation of the video evidence and multiple witness statements, both individuals were formally advised that they were under arrest for lewdness.
