The call was initiated by her parents, Patrick and Faith O'Horo, who reported her erratic behavior, including bizarre comments and threats to harm others, linked to chronic drug and alcohol abuse. Officers Centofanti, Santoro, and Delutio arrived on the scene, where Patrick handed over unused medical syringes for destruction. A crisis screener evaluated Elizabeth and determined she required hospitalization. She was transported to Jersey Shore Medical Center without incident, escorted by officers. The case was later closed on January 21, 2025.
