Patrolman Christopher Panduri responded to Donovan’s Reef following reports of a fight no longer in progress, where an employee confirmed a physical altercation between two females on the beach. Upon contact, the alleged victim, a blonde woman, recounted being approached by another woman who initiated an argument over a shared boyfriend, escalating into a physical charge, leaving visible scratch marks on her back. She further detailed a history of animosity, including past threats made by the suspect to her parents. Officers obtained a description and phone number for the suspect, who was later located by Sergeant Richard Huegel and admitted to the dispute over "a guy."
