Westlake, Ohio — Officers with the WPD were on routine patrol on I-90 when they noticed a two stationary vehicles on the exit ramp, one crashed. Officers stopped to assist and realized only one of the vehicles crashed, the other was trying to help. For the vehicle that crashed, officers noticed impairment. Officers performed field sobriety testing, which he failed. He was taken to the station where he blew a staggering .355% BAC. Which is nearly 4.5 times over the legal limit (.08% BAC). According to Google, anything above .30% could very well lost consciousness, or even be lethal.
