This guy was caught for the second time smuggling illegals from Mexico into Arizona. He was getting $300 a piece to transport them from the Mexico border to Phoenix, AZ. I guess the punishment for doing this is not severe enough, there are no shortage of Americans willing to do this type of stuff.
