A public display of lewdness on a crowded beach leads to swift law enforcement intervention and arrests. On a bright midday, officers responded to reports of two individuals engaged in lewd acts on a public beach. Upon arrival, a Patrolwoman, a Sergeant, and a Special Officer located the couple. Witnesses confirmed the illicit activity, with one providing video evidence. Both individuals were subsequently advised they were under arrest for lewdness, allowed to dress, and their belongings gathered. They were then transported separately to the police department for processing, where Patrolwoman Beringer also collected written statements from multiple witnesses.
