#news #police #arrest #cops #karen Report: On 04/25/2022, Around 0400 hours, dispatch received multiple calls from a hotel. The first call was about the male who stays with his partner and they were arguing over a lost room key. Dispatched advised the officer that the suspect stated the victim was hiding the room key from him and that he wanted it back. He also mentioned that she had been smoking mary*** all night. Minutes later, the suspect called back and stated that he no longer needed police. Due to the nature of the call, the officer stayed en route. Upon arrival, an officer met with both parties, and it appeared that they were both bickering with each other over the room key. The suspect stated the victim possessed both room keys, and the victim stated she only had one room key. She then went on to tell the officer that the room is in her name However the suspect is paying for the room. The officer concluded that nothing physical had occurred, and the officer advised the suspect to wait until morning to speak with management about getting another room key. Both parties agreed to that solution, and the call was cleared. At approximately 0600 hours officers were dispatched to the same location about an anonymous person walking past the unit and could hear a male and female fighting. The caller then hears a big smash from the inside of the hotel room and the male screaming "stop hitting me." However, the caller stated the male sounded like he was the aggressor and when the female was asked was she ok through the door she replied "no" Upon officers arrival, as they approached the front door, officers could hear the suspect yelling and a lot of commotion inside the room. Officers then began knocking on the door, and the suspect answered. Officers could see the victim bleeding from the forearm and in shambles. Both parties were separated and officers spoke with the suspect outside. The officers noticed he had an angry facial expression, and seemed very frustrated. When officers asked him how did the victim obtain the gash on her forearm he stated she attacked him and that she has "fragile" skin. He showed no evidence that he had been attacked in any shape or form. Moments later, officers spoke with the female half while she was being treated by EMS. She seemed frightened and shaken by what had occurred. She mentioned that he told her that "the police are not going to do anything." Officers then concluded that something physical had occurred due to the injuries on the victim and seeing the smashed/ destroyed phone. While standing inside the room anther officer overheard the other officer asking the suspect about the phone and he responded in an outraged manner and admitted to breaking the phone and that he did it because he wanted to. Officers placed him into custody. He then walked down to my patrol vehicle, and searched for incident to arrest, and was placed inside. The suspect began making multiple vulgar racial remarks towards me such as "N***a" and that my mother was also a "N***a". To calm down the tension and hatred he showed towards the officer, the suspect was removed from one vehicle and transported to Jail by the other unit that was on the scene. Before I left the scene. Officers advised the victim of local recourses.
