On September 3, 2025, Union Gap Police Officer Snyder stopped a motorcycle for passing on the shoulder. When asked to produce a driver's license, the driver of the motorcycle proclaimed to be an attorney and stated a license was not required. He denied being a sovereign citizen, but then spent the next 10 minutes arguing with Officer Snyder and Officer Nunez about the number of Federal lawsuits he has filed and how many police officers he helped get terminated. At the end of the encounter, he received numerous citations. When he approached his motorcycle to ride away from the scene, he was advised that he would be arrested if he attempted to drive the motorcycle again. He then chose to call an Uber for a ride. All suspects are presumed to be innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
