On April 16, 2023, a woman was returning from a brewery grand opening when she allegedly traveled over the fog line on the roadway. She was subsequently stopped by a Tinton Falls police officer. Although she claimed to be the designated driver, she admitted to drinking 3 beers about 3 hours prior. She was administered field sobriety exercises and was arrested for DUI. The police report reveals she blew a 0.174% BAC. All suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
