On August 15, 2023, airport officers responded to a confused traveler who had entered the wrong airline lounge and was causing disturbances while refusing to cooperate with staff. Despite repeated attempts to help her resolve her travel issues and find her gate, she continued arguing, demanding a smoking break, and eventually became physically confrontational with officers. The situation escalated into an arrest, causing her to miss her flight, and she was formally charged with disorderly conduct.
