Berea, Ohio -- Officers with the BPD were performing traffic enforcement for the service department when suddenly one officer noticed a man approaching her cruiser and demanded to be able to sit in the back as well as to open the trunk. While talking to the man the officer noticed a circular indentation on the trunk of the vehicle, consistent with what the male was holding in his hands. The male was offered a courtesy ride, which he declined. After the video ended, police talked again with the male this time issuing him a summons for criminal damaging after he admitted to possibly causing the dent.
