On this episode of StateBoys, a Louisiana State Police trooper with Troop I conducts a late-night traffic stop on Interstate 10 in Lafayette Parish around 3AM after observing a violation. What starts as a routine stop begins to shift once questions are asked and stories don’t quite line up. As the trooper separates the occupants and digs deeper, the situation grows more serious. The encounter takes an emotional turn when a child in the backseat is awakened during the arrest, revealing the human side of the roadside investigation.
