Officers noticed what sounded like a heated disagreement for the second time, at that time the business owner informed one of his employees that the male needed to leave. The male was informed that he needed to leave, he continued to socialize about the incident. Harold indicated that the owner asked to bar the male for a period of two years. Harold informed the male that he was barred for a period of two years. The male stated, he doesn't need to be barred and he would not return. Officers then approached the individual and advised him they would need his ID to do a proper criminal trespass warning. The suspect stated he would not give officers his ID, and after sometime he began walking to his vehicle. When asked if he would be leaving he turned sharply to his right and began walking in a different direction of his vehicle.. officer has prior knowledge of the male so for what she was aware of which vehicle was his, after advising dispatch that officers would need an additional unit the male then got into his vehicle. The male had been disorderly multiple times through out the night from what appeared to be due to intoxication, so at that time officers did not feel letting the male drive as a safe act. The male continued to refuse to identify himself. At that time, officers informed the suspect once again that if he refused to ID then he would be charged for obstruction. Officers then decided at that time to place the male under arrest. While walking the male to the vehicle, he continued to pull away. They arrived at the vehicle and then instructed him to sit into the vehicle after a few minutes of struggle the male was placed into the vehicle.
