An initial witness reported observing two females arguing before one discharged a handgun into the air. Officers located a shell casing on N Jackson Street and, following a lead from a worker, traced a suspect to a dressing room within a nearby establishment. There, they made contact with a young woman matching the caller's description: a white woman in her early twenties, with voluminous dirty blonde hair, wearing a white V-neck crop top, a pleated plaid skirt in light beige, white, and muted yellow, and an Evil Eye pendant necklace.
